6/12/2023 This week we have invited our parents and carers to come in and make christmas crafts with us and share Christmas books with us.
1/12/2023 This week we have been busy learning about the Gingerbread Man. We have learnt about advent and had the Elf come to visit.

This week we have been looking at the book Whatever Next and space. A pantomime came to school we LOVED it. We also had the nurses came to school and show us how to was our hands and we tested them with the UV light.

We have had a very busy week, we have celebrated Diwali, Number day, Odd sock (anti-bullying week) and Children In Need. In maths we have recapped 2d shapes. We have shared lots of stories this week.
6/11/23
this week we had a brilliant week celebrating bonfire night, we talked about the history of Guy Fawkes and his shed, some traditions of hotdogs sparklers and chocolate apples. We made fireworks out of different shapes.
20-10-23 This week we have had fun with painting, printing and leaves. We have been learning about taking turns and playing games with each other.
9/10/23 This week we have been busy putting our art skills to the test. We have also enjoyed sorting in maths and learning new sounds.
2/10/23 This week we have made bread and been on a tractor! We have learnt about making flour.
We are very pleased to welcome our new children to the Foundation Class. We have had a great time playing and getting to know all about our friends and the school rules.
This week we have enjoyed PE. We have learnt about Frida Kahlo and had a go at one of her self portraits. The nursery children have enjoyed exploring the learning environment. Reception have now started Little Wandle phonics and are really enjoying the new sounds.
This week we have been looking and fruit and vegetables. Sorting in maths and reading the Little Red Hen.
